USE:
Use creatine monohydrate for 5 consecutive days, 1-4 times a day. By mixing 5 g of creatine with 200-400 ml of water, consumed 4 times a day, 1 serving in the morning, before exercise, after exercise and at the last meal of the evening.
From day 6: Mix 5 g with 200-400 ml of water, consume once a day, continue consumption for 5-6 weeks and then take a break from the product for 1-2 months.
