BCAA 400 g
BCAA 400 g (branch chained amino acids) or essential amino acids are building blocks for proteins and muscle tissue. These are mainly the essential amino acids L-isoleucine, L-leucine and L-valine. All the physical processes involved in sport – energy expenditure, recovery, muscle gain, fat burning and brain function – are dependent on amino acids. This is why BCAA powder is one of the most widely used supplements in sports.
365JP BCAAs contain 40-100% more essential amino acids than other similar products on the market. One serving (10g) contains an incredible 8.8g of BCAAs (2:1:1 ratio) – compared to the market average of 4-6g. In addition, 365JP also contains vitamin B6 (2.5 mg per serving), which has many important functions in our bodies, but one of the most important is its support in the prevention of cardiovascular disease. Vitamin B6 is also needed for the normal metabolism of amino acids (i.e. the breakdown and use of proteins).

Why are amino acids important?
The main role of amino acids is as building blocks for the body. Amino acids can be used to make different proteins, enzymes, hormones, etc. The body uses amino acids to break down the body’s own proteins, and gets replenishment from food. It is not important to get all the amino acids at every meal, but over the long term it is important to get the right balance of amino acids. Thus, essential amino acids that cannot be synthesised by the human body and can only be replenished through food are particularly important.
Where to get essential amino acids?
You can only get essential amino acids from food. During the digestion process, all the proteins in the food are broken down into amino acids and transported by the bloodstream. Our body uses amino acids as needed to make different proteins, enzymes, hormones, etc. that keep the body renewed and functioning properly. Not getting enough of even one amino acid in the diet slows down the body’s renewal process, leading to health risks. To get the full spectrum of amino acids, the diet should be balanced and varied. Unfortunately, most people don’t see this in their own diet.
USE:
Add 200-500 ml of water to the contents of a 10 g packet and shake in a bottle or shaker. BCAAs are well suited for people who are active in sports and physical work, as well as for people who do not wish to consume high calorie and/or high sugar drinks.
STORAGE:
Store in the original packaging, at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
