Omega 3
Omega-3 is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that our body cannot produce, so it is important to make sure that it is adequately replaced. Our capsules are high in the fatty acids EPA and DHA, with added vitamin E. Their natural uptake can be difficult because they are found in so few foods, but they play an important role in cardiovascular health. These properties make it essential for our bodies.
Omega-3 fatty acids are usually obtained from the flesh and adipose tissue of various fish. Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) contribute to normal heart function. In addition, DHA helps to maintain normal brain function and also contributes to normal vision.
USE:
Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule with food and a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
