Pancake flour with protein – 365JP protein pancakes are delicious and highly nutritious pancakes based on oat flour and whey protein concentrate, with no added sugar. 365JP’s high-protein pancakes are the perfect choice for a quick, healthy and light breakfast or dinner, a sweet snack or a nutritious post-workout meal. They taste great straight out of the pan, with no additives, but can be varied to your liking with fresh fruit, yoghurt, honey, jam, peanut butter or savoury additions such as ham, cheese, spreads, etc.

The main source of protein is whey protein concentrate, an excellent source of complete animal protein that contains the necessary amino acid profile. Intensively supports the muscle growth process and promotes the reconstruction of muscle fibres. It acts anabolically and anticatabolically – preventing muscle tissue breakdown. Reduces fatigue and speeds up muscle recovery after exercise.

Oatmeal is a valuable source of complex carbohydrates, B vitamins, zinc, iron, magnesium and selenium. In addition, oats contain the highest fibre content of all cereals and, most importantly, are dominated by a beneficial soluble fibre fraction that affects our health. In addition, the high content of insoluble fibre improves intestinal transit and gives a feeling of fullness, which helps to reduce the calorie content of meals.


Delicious and nutritious protein-rich pancakes are very easy to make:

  • Pour 125 ml of milk or water into the shaker/saucepan/pan where you are going to make the pancakes
  • Add 70 grams of pancake mix powder
  • Shake/stir well until dissolved
  • Let stand for 2 minutes before baking
  • Bake and enjoy!

Store in the original packaging, at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
